We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our dedicated team of caregivers. As an LPN at Amelia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under their care, and adhering to established nursing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of assigned staff members
  • Implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Nursing preferred
  • Valid LPN license in the State of Virginia
  • Prior experience in LTC/SNF setting preferred
