We are seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Pet Host. As a Pet Host, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our pets, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and their pets
• Check-in and check-out pets, handle reservations, and manage cash transactions
• Assist with pet care tasks, such as feeding, walking, and administering medication
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning facilities and handling waste
• Interact with pets, provide emotional support, and ensure their physical and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience

• Passion for animals and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
