Entertainment Server

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our dynamic team at 526 Main Dueling Piano Bar in Royal Oak, Michigan.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing multiple tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Participating in the lively environment by clapping, singing along, and interacting with guests to enhance their enjoyment of the dueling piano show
• Managing multiple tables efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Working additional shifts during private events and special seasonal occasions as scheduled
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff

• Prior experience in high-volume, fast-paced bar and restaurant environments is highly encouraged
• Outgoing personality, comfortable engaging with guests in a lively and entertaining atmosphere
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Fridays and Saturdays are required, along with flexibility for additional shifts during peak event periods
• Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude under pressure

• Minimum wage for tipped servers in Michigan plus tips, with a pay ceiling that is high for individuals who excel in service and entertainment based on strong sales
