At BayCare Health System, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will serve as the initial point of contact for multiple BayCare Health System hospitals via hospital switchboards. Your primary responsibilities will include responding promptly to internal and external customer inquiries, transferring calls to appropriate areas, working through various emergency response codes/plans, scheduling customer appointments for various procedures and/or through various departments, and resolving issues in an appropriate and timely manner.

You will be responsible for ensuring prompt and proper contact with customers via standard scripts and procedures, while delivering world-class customer service in a high-stressed, fast-paced work environment. This role requires you to be self-motivated and have proven ability to multi-task between various systems and support service objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1 year of previous customer service and/or emergency response experience.
  • Basic experience using Microsoft office or other computerized systems.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
