- Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and improve health outcomes.
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on pharmacotherapy and medication management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience in hospital pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
