Radiology Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Radiology Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Lifespan Corporation. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of ICU-level critical care experience or equivalent, with a strong focus on clinical skills and decision-making. The role requires the ability to work independently within department policies and practices, prioritizing complex problems and referring them to supervisors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care throughout the pre-procedural, procedural, and post-procedural periods, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account patient preferences, medical history, and current health status.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to patients and families regarding treatment progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island or participation in the Nurse Licensure Compact agreement.
- ACLS & BLS certification.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
