Role Overview:
As a Pest Management Specialist, you will be the face of our company, addressing the pest control needs of our clients. Your role will involve:
  1. Conducting inspections for pests and their habitats
  2. Utilizing application and inspection equipment
  3. Educating clients on effective sanitation and storage practices
  4. Maintaining a scheduled route for service delivery

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Access various structures, including crawl spaces and elevated areas
  2. Document findings and comprehend pesticide labels and training materials
  3. Employ OSHA-mandated personal protective equipment
  4. Advise clients on necessary sanitation measures as part of pest control
  5. Collaborate with supervisors and quality control for training and issue resolution

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug testing
  • Availability for a Monday to Friday work schedule
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate confined spaces
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
