Key Responsibilities- Test Design and Execution: Assist in designing and executing test cases for designated projects, ensuring thorough coverage of business requirements.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, business, and technical stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our test processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
- User Acceptance Testing: Support User Acceptance Testing activities, ensuring that software products meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in QA testing, automation, and process improvement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in.NET technologies, Visual Studio 2017, and TFS, with experience in QA testing tools, Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), and Biztalk a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, conceptual, and planning skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
