About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Specialist to join our team at D and H Distributing Co. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Design and Execution: Assist in designing and executing test cases for designated projects, ensuring thorough coverage of business requirements.
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, business, and technical stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our test processes and procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Support User Acceptance Testing activities, ensuring that software products meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in QA testing, automation, and process improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in.NET technologies, Visual Studio 2017, and TFS, with experience in QA testing tools, Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), and Biztalk a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, conceptual, and planning skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
