Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flight Test Engineer to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Flight Test Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing flight test activities, ensuring the successful execution of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage flight test activities, including planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Collaborate with the Flight Test Lead and Test Team to ensure program business rhythms provide the appropriate visibility required to ensure program performance.
- Manage the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account (CA) with a total span of control of $25M.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in leading projects from development to execution meeting cost and schedule constraints.
- Previous CAM or CAM delegate experience.
- Previous proposal, BOE, and/or negotiations experience.
- Risk and Opportunity Management experience.

Location

This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required.
