Inventory Control Specialist II

- This position performs responsible technical and clerical work for the Logistics Division of the Emergency Medical Services Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to users.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve inventory management and reduce waste.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and deadlines.
- May be required to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary Range:
$19.24 per hour
