We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our Emergency Department team as a Critical Care Specialist. Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care setting.
- ACEN or CCNE accredited Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
