Overview

Redeemer Health is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Tech to join our team. As an allied health professional, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare. Job Summary

The successful candidate will operate and monitor various types of Cath Lab/IR equipment under the supervision of a Cath Lab/IR/EP physician and/or Clinical Unit Coordinator. They will assist physicians and nursing personnel during diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures, providing patient care in the Cardiovascular Lab under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor Cath Lab/IR equipment
  • Assist physicians and nursing personnel during procedures
  • Provide patient care in the Cardiovascular Lab
  • Work various shifts and/or on-call hours when required
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) accredited school of Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology
  • ARRT or CVT/RCIS Certification preferred
  • 1 year of Diagnostic Radiology or Interventional Radiology/Catheterization procedure experience
  • Successful completion of basic EKG Arrhythmia course or equivalent training & experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • ACLS certification preferred
