Practical Nurse Specialist

The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This position is essential in ensuring positive clinical outcomes and enhancing patient and family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Nursing Assessments: Contribute to comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments according to physician directives.
- Supervision: Oversee and monitor the care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure quality standards are met.
