Position Highlights
*Conduct nursing evaluations and collaborate with the healthcare team, other disciplines, patients, and families to create effective care plans.
*Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient objectives with interventions implemented as needs arise to reduce rehospitalizations and ongoing assessment of outcomes.
*Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician directives.
*Delegate patient care duties to staff and oversee them to ensure that tasks and interventions are carried out effectively.
*Communicate patient information with assigned staff and across shifts.

Qualifications:
*Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
*CPR Certification is required.
