**Job Summary**

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Genesis Aspire Partners, you will play a vital role in leading our engineering teams and contributing to the successful implementation of infrastructure development projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the construction of various infrastructures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Leadership**: Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • **Feasibility Studies**: Conduct thorough feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • **Design and Development**: Develop engineering designs and specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • **Project Oversight**: Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and specifications.
  • **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • **Team Management**: Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • **Technical Expertise**: Provide technical expertise and support to project stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
  • **Documentation**: Prepare technical reports and documentation, ensuring accurate and comprehensive project records.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering design and project management.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Experience in technical writing and documentation.
  • Proven track record of successful project completion.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and codes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professional integrity.
