About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in shaping the future of our cloud partner ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing product-level relationships and establishing joint innovation roadmaps with our cloud service provider (CSP) partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, relative to our CSP partners.
  • Work closely with external partners, prospects, and customers to gather feedback and insights to enhance product-market fit and strengthen Confluent's value proposition.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize Confluent's product cost structures in collaboration with our partners.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle for integrations with our partner services and infrastructure components that facilitate customer interactions with our product and partners' products.
  • Champion our CSP partners within the PM organization.

What You Will Bring:

  • Deep understanding of the hyper-scalers and their partner ecosystem, including product strategies, GTM approaches, serviced personas, available approaches, and tools, as well as customer pain points.
  • Experience of building, launching, and measuring partner-focused programs, products, and integrations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align product and partner strategy with company goals and objectives.
  • Data-based insights that align with an understanding of measurement frameworks.
  • Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive growth mindset that contributes and supports our collaborative values and culture.
  • Desire to make a difference as part of the team shaping the next stage of our partner journey and joint strategy.
