About the Role

Everlight Solar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our solar energy installation team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of electricians, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of solar panels and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of electricians to ensure the successful completion of solar panel installations
  • Manage materials and equipment to ensure efficient project execution
  • Participate in project planning and preparation to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Master Electrician (WI) license/certification
  • Journeyman license preferred
  • 4+ years of Electrician experience (required)
  • 1+ year of Solar industry experience (preferred)
  • Drivers License required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
  • Ability to climb ladders and install conduits
  • Perform work at heights of 20 feet or more
  • Willing to submit to a driving, drug, and criminal background check
