Job Title: Electrical Project Coordinator

The Electrical Project Coordinator is a critical role within our team, responsible for ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and organizational skills to manage projects efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise electrical construction personnel on site, including FTEs, sub-contractors, and temps.
  • Communicate electrical bid tab labor hours to project management for every job, providing clear expectations of manpower needs and demands.
  • Review and submit all JSAs and shift logs.
  • Perform quality audits on all work performed on site.
  • Review all purchase requests submitted by field and send approvals to upper management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
  • Ability to make decisions based on measurable criteria.
  • Ability to apply mathematics to solve problems.
  • Ability to plan basic work and select proper tools.
  • Ability to visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings.
  • Ability to work at heights without fear.
  • Ability to compare and see differences in the size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects.
  • Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
