Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
  • Ensure seamless coordination of patient care across multiple services and specialties
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
  • Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
  • Certified in Basic Life Support
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Orthopedic Spine Care
