  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide outstanding service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement. Strong inventory management skills, with the ability to manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
