Position Overview:
- Expertly apply and smooth body filler on entire vehicle panels to ensure a superior finish.
- Employ polyester spray filler on various body components as required.
- Prepare and sand primer surfacer for optimal adhesion.
- Uphold a professional and tidy workspace.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive body repair.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Self-driven and focused on achieving goals.
- Familiarity with the Glasurit paint system is advantageous.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must successfully pass background checks.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License or eligible work visa.
Work Schedule:
- Immediate availability for start.
- Working hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage commensurate with experience and skills.
- Overtime opportunities available as needed.
- Paid holidays and vacation after a probationary period.
- 401K plan and medical insurance provided.
