Position Overview
The Retail Sales Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction within the store environment. This position is centered around delivering exceptional service to patrons, which includes welcoming customers, managing transactions, and providing assistance with product inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and assist customers during their shopping experience, addressing any service-related inquiries.
  2. Price and adjust merchandise as directed by management.
  3. Restock and organize products on shelves as per store guidelines.
  4. Support the receiving of shipments and arrange incoming stock as instructed.
  5. Participate in inventory counts as needed.
  6. Manage incoming calls and respond appropriately.
  7. Process customer transactions using the cash register system.
  8. Ensure accurate cash handling and manage customer returns effectively.

Additional Duties
  1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  2. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  1. Strong customer service skills are essential.
  2. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  3. Capability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending and twisting.

Education and Experience
  1. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Work Environment
  1. Retail store setting with varying temperature conditions.
