Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate home health care nurse to join our team in Goode, Virginia.

Job Summary:

This full-time private duty nursing position involves providing high-quality, skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical needs, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia
  • Experience working with medically fragile patients in a home health care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Compensation and Benefits
