About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at R-Stores. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the sales floor is free of clutter.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling procedures.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure store environment, including adhering to safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any safety concerns to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support and assistance as needed, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
