Job Summary

At Vitality Living, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Landmark Lifestyles at Tupelo. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Residents with Daily Activities: Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as simple treatments and emotional support.
  • Develop and Implement Service Plans: Collaborate with the Wellness Director to develop and revise service plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Monitor and Report Resident Issues: Observe and report any resident problems or concerns to the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Participate in Training and Meetings: Attend and participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training, as well as team member meetings, to stay up-to-date on best practices and company policies.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Wellness Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our community.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Certifications and Training: Maintain any required certifications and complete any necessary training to meet state or provincial regulations.
  • Health Requirements: Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
