Job Description

At Courtyard Tupelo, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets guests promptly and offers menus, informing them of daily specials.
  • Takes orders and delivers them to the kitchen or bartender, ensuring timely service.
  • Checks on guests periodically to ensure their needs are met and offers dessert or additional items.
  • Presents the check and handles payment, returning change and receipts to guests.
  • Removes dirty dishes and linens, resetting tables with clean items.
  • Maintains a clean uniform and personal appearance, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of menu items, prices, and daily specials.
