Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. As an LPN at Three Rivers Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and varying shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
