Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Seasons Retirement Community. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal and State regulations, as well as Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
  • Conduct admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
  • Develop and implement acute and long-term care plans or service plans for residents.
  • Monitor and track clinical systems, such as wound care and infection control, under the direction of the director.
  • Provide consultation and education to residents and staff on health-related concerns.
  • Notify physicians and family members of any changes in a resident's health and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
  • Participate in educational meetings for residents and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.
Requirements
  • Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
  • 1+ years of experience in senior care or a related field.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse's License in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond to emergency situations.
