Job Summary

This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse who can work effectively in an outpatient dialysis center. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct regular patient observations and measurements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to improving patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
