Simulation Center Director

Unitek Learning seeks a highly skilled and experienced Simulation Center Director to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Nursing Simulation Center and Skills Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare simulation and a proven track record of managing simulation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation, maintenance, and inventory of simulation equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with faculty to design and implement simulation activities that support learner achievement of course and program outcomes
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures for simulation center and skills lab activities
  • Supervise direct reports and provide training and development opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of simulation center and skills lab operations
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare simulation
  • Proven track record of managing simulation programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
