The Onsite Community Association Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the board of directors and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Board Support: Organize and participate in board meetings and annual meetings, preparing agendas, reports, board packets, and minutes.
  • Community Oversight: Perform weekly inspections of common areas to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Decision Making: Function as the ACC decision maker, as per the contract.
  • Financial Management: Examine all invoices in the accounts payable system and request bids for necessary repairs and contracts.
  • Event Planning: Plan and attend community events.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education to stay informed about laws impacting community associations and industry best practices.
  • Additional Tasks: Execute additional tasks to meet the requirements of each community in the portfolio.

Candidate Profile:

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A CMCA designation is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in residential community management is essential.
  • Prior experience with a community association board of directors is desirable.
