Oncology Nursing Director

The Oncology Nursing Director is responsible for leading the team that provides comprehensive care to patients with cancer at our ambulatory oncology clinics.

About the Role
  • Provide vision and strategic direction for oncology nursing services.
  • Oversee the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain skilled nurses who share our commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Implement and evaluate educational programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, focusing on patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree in nursing or related field strongly preferred.
  • Five years of experience in oncology nursing leadership, with a proven track record of success.
  • Nursing leadership certification (e.g., CNO) is essential.

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience.
