Contract Based Position

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Specifically, we are seeking an individual with extensive knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation.

  • Key Functional Expertise: The candidate must have in-depth knowledge and experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
  • Core HR
  • Recruitment (ORC)
  • Workforce Compensation
  • Complex Functional Requirements: The candidate should be able to identify, assess, and provide solutions for intricate functional requirements/issues on Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Client-Facing Experience: The candidate should have experience interacting with clients in client-facing roles, gathering requirements, providing solutions, configuring, testing, and ensuring a smooth go-live process.
  • Data Flow and Integrations: The candidate should have a good understanding of data flow and integrations of Fusion HCM with other downstream systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: The candidate should have a good understanding of technical areas such as HCM Extracts, BIP, Fast Formulas.
  • Onsite-Offshore Experience: The candidate should have experience working in an onsite-offshore model.
