Your Contribution:


As an IT Support Technician, your efforts will directly influence the productivity and success of our manufacturing and engineering operations.


Your Duties Include:
Delivering technical support, troubleshooting, integration, upgrades, and maintenance for all networked and locally connected computing devices
Unpacking and cataloging equipment received on-site
Diagnosing, replacing, and creatively addressing hardware and software challenges for all computing systems within this specialized environment
Collaborating closely with IT management and site programs to identify support requirements, priorities, and needs
Implementing and sustaining new processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, risk mitigation, and program excellence
Working alongside the Southeast Regional Manager to ensure adherence to security protocols, computing standards, and best practices
Providing status updates and effectively communicating with IT and site management regarding all outstanding matters/issues

Basic Qualifications:

Must possess:
  • A current Secret clearance
  • Availability to work full-time during core business hours and support after-hours projects, outages, or migrations as needed
  • A strong work ethic
  • A customer-focused and proactive approach
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and clients with competing deadlines
  • Basic experience in desktop hardware and software installation/replacement/troubleshooting
  • Basic experience in configuring computers
  • Basic experience in troubleshooting network printers
  • The capability to create documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure risk reduction
  • Experience with computer patching and updates
  • Experience in installing operating systems and imaging computers
Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with EIT processes, procedures, and policies
  • Experience in installing, supporting, and utilizing various Windows Operating systems
  • Experience in installing, supporting, and utilizing Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Service Central, CATS, JITA, and other IT tools
  • Experience with data protection and backups
  • Experience in manufacturing environments
