Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Sales and Customer Support Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a supportive capacity, assisting management with various tasks while delivering outstanding customer service.

Work Schedule:
Hours: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm, 20-30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist three managers by handling diverse tasks such as order processing, prospecting, and managing incoming calls.
2. Perform data entry for sales administration and ensure the accuracy of records.
3. Deliver exceptional customer support through effective communication and coordination.
4. Carry out general office duties, including the management of sales materials inventory.
5. Support prospecting efforts for new business opportunities as required.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and sales administration.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
