Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Grand Island, NE. As a contract SLP, you will work with a school district to provide speech therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech services based on student IEPs and state curriculum standards
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students, including assessments and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers and other therapeutic staff to develop and implement inter-disciplinary programming
  • Conduct quarterly progress reports and annual assessments to evaluate student progress
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to encourage family involvement and support
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Nebraska SLP license or SLP certification from the Department of Education
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
