Job Opportunity

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in South Yarmouth, MA. This role presents a chance to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing essential occupational therapy services in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents to assess and address individual needs
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and overall functional abilities
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, either individually or in group settings, aligned with their educational objectives
  • Adapt classroom environments and suggest adaptive equipment or assistive technology as needed to facilitate students' engagement and success in academic and social activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and actively participate in team meetings and IEP discussions
Requirements:
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license
  • Masters Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Passion for working with children and a strong commitment to making a positive impact in a school-based setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
  • Ability to adjust therapy techniques and approaches based on the unique needs and abilities of each student
