At Brio Living Services, we're seeking an exceptional Residential Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Chelsea Retirement Community.

Job Description

We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, vision & dental insurance, retirement savings plan, wellness program & reimbursement, up to 6 weeks of flexible time off, 6 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and implement a diverse program of classes, events, and programs based on residents' interests and needs.
  • Use the Dimensions of Wellness to provide a wide range of quality programs, both active and passive, to serve our active residents.
  • Work closely with the Life Enrichment Assistant to coordinate programs.
  • Develop meaningful, person-centered relationships with residents, their families, team members, and guests.
  • Perform administrative requirements such as reports, budget preparation, and monitoring of expenses, payroll, and program surveys.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.
  • Must be willing to work some weekends and evenings to meet the needs of residents and fellow team members.
  • Coordinate programs with other departments as necessary.
  • Serve on various committees and appointments.

Our ideal candidate will possess an Associate Degree and prior experience managing a Life Enrichment or Recreational Therapy Department. Certification as an Activities Professional or Recreation Therapist is preferred.
