Position Overview

Are you a skilled Quality Inspector with a passion for precision? Do you take pride in ensuring that every part meets the highest standards?

At JD Machine, we are committed to excellence and utilize advanced inspection technology in a streamlined work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approving plated components and certifications for Anodizing, Painting, Chemical Film, and various plating processes.
  • Verifying that products conform to blueprint specifications through the use of various measurement and inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, CMM, surface plates, and optical comparators.
  • Completing documentation in accordance with AS9100 standards.
  • Conducting audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Possess a minimum of 6 months experience with the inspection techniques mentioned.
  • Be available for full-time, on-site day shifts with some flexibility in hours.
  • Be open to working overtime as necessary.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
