Position Overview

Advanced Technical Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced HSE Compliance Advisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs tailored to company needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of safety initiatives and recommend improvements.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in HSE compliance.
  • Strong ability to manage safety programs across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Experience in the maritime industry is considered an advantage.
