Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Act as a patient advocate and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Work 2 weekend shifts per week, providing consistent care to patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 12 months of acute care experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Additional certifications as required by unit scope of practice
