About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food is prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of food items using different methods of preparation and a range of tools and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Adhere to recipe procedures to ensure the highest quality food is served to our customers.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Skills: Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
