RN - Intensive Care Unit - Full Time/Part Time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Step Down Unit team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital. As a leader in our unit, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleAs a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of your unit's patients, providing guidance and support to your nursing team.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership to your nursing team during your designated shift
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of your unit's patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire/transfer in the following units: Progressive Care, ICU, SICU, CVOR, PACU, EP, Endo, and ER
- PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire/transfer in the Emergency Department
- CPI training required within 3 months of hire/transfer for Behavioral Health
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred
