About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals across various age groups who are experiencing physical, emotional, or developmental challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in assessing clients' functional abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to help them regain independence and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and environmental needs to inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to establish treatment goals and plans.
  • Develop individualized treatment programs aimed at improving clients' functional abilities, including activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, mobility, and social skills.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities such as therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and sensory integration techniques to promote client progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Clinical experience in evaluating and treating individuals with diverse conditions and disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range for this contract opportunity: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
