Social Worker

The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join its team as a Community Justice Specialist. This role will work closely with court staff, stakeholders, and community partners to provide comprehensive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive clinical and case management services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions, psychoeducational groups, and clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide recommendations for services and monitor treatment for court-mandated clients, ensuring seamless collaboration with court staff and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain linkages with community partners to provide appropriate interventions and services to court-involved individuals.
- Collaborate with team members to design and participate in community events, promoting a supportive and respectful environment for all individuals.
Requirements:
- LMSW or LMHC with a minimum of two years prior work in criminal justice and/or a related field.
- Experience working within a harm reduction framework and commitment to staying up-to-date on harm reduction best practices.
- Experience conducting clinical assessments and providing comprehensive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive clinical and case management services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and a variety of court personnel and partner agencies in a high-pressure/fast-paced work environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $57,500 - $73,500, commensurate with experience.
