Job Title: Earthwork Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Earthwork Foreman to join our team at Calista Brice Holding Company. As an Earthwork Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of mass excavation, detailed excavation, grading, site preparation, and machine troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews
  • Review schedules and ensure work is completed according to plan specifications
  • Manage project construction crews by directing work and planning equipment needs
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans
  • Provide regular reporting project status to supervisors and site engineers
  • Maintain accurate reporting records, including job quantities, productivity rates, and time sheets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the civil construction field
  • Minimum three years' experience supervising a construction crew as Foreman or Lead
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Company's Driving Policy
  • Ability to pass drug, driving, and background screening
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, material control, and unit manhour performance
  • Experience with excavation and earthwork management
  • OSHA 30-hour training completion
  • Experience in federal government projects
