Requirements:
  • Journeyman's Plumbing license in Texas.
  • Experience & Reliability: At least three years of professional plumbing experience and a current plumbing license.
  • Physical Stamina: You'll need the ability to crawl, crouch, and kneel for extended periods of time.
  • Skill Set: Excellent eye-hand coordination for handling small parts, blueprint reading expertise, troubleshooting skills, and a knack for keeping your work area organized.
  • Customer Service: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Precision Work: Handle and install small washers, nuts, O-rings, and gaskets with finesse.
  • Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to ensure precise installation of plumbing systems.
  • Problem Solving: Identify leaks and determine necessary repairs or replacements to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Organizational Excellence: Maintain a clean work area and keep an organized supply of plumbing parts.
  • Effective Communication: Provide clear estimates, work orders, and interact professionally with customers.
