Job DescriptionAt Pink Zebra Moving of Grand Rapids, MI, we are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Mover.

As a Lead Mover, you will be responsible for providing top-level moving services to our customers, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. You will receive paid training, all necessary supplies and equipment, and various awards and incentives for your hard work and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of movers to complete relocation tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Conduct thorough walk-throughs and assessments to identify customer needs
  • Develop and implement relocation plans to meet customer requirements

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Must successfully undergo a nationwide criminal background check and any drug screenings if necessary
