Fire Alarm Project Manager Opportunity

Prospero Integrated is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to meet timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee projects according to specifications, project details, and financial budgets.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, designers, and internal teams.
  • Read and comprehend blueprints, contracts, and submittals.
  • Improve productivity, quality, and field installation standards.
  • Sell and estimate change orders and service contracts.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction by executing planned installation of systems.
  • Build and maintain a professional positive relationship with the customer.
  • Help other departments accomplish their tasks more efficiently by providing key information.
  • Understand and negotiate the scope of work for service and construction contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • 1-5 years of project management experience.
  • Understanding of blueprints, contracts, and submittals.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
