*This is a direct-hire role that includes four weeks of comprehensive training, featuring ongoing communication and support from the management team.

Key Responsibilities of the Heavy Equipment Technician:
- Diagnose and repair equipment, ensuring accurate documentation of repairs and service orders
- Maintain clear communication regarding job status with customers, service advisors, and lead technicians
- Conduct thorough inspections and document findings for each unit
- Keep detailed records of work performed
- Review sales performance and objectives with your supervisor
- Engage with customers to guarantee their satisfaction with services rendered
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
Compensation:
$45.00 per hour
Qualifications for the Heavy Equipment Technician:
- At least 4 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must possess the necessary tools to perform repairs safely and effectively
- Familiarity with diesel truck after-treatment systems and drivetrain components
