As a token of appreciation, the company provides a $2500 sign-on bonus, along with weekly performance bonuses and an annual incentive.
*This is a direct-hire role that includes four weeks of comprehensive training, featuring ongoing communication and support from the management team.

Key Responsibilities of the Heavy Equipment Technician:

  • Diagnose and repair equipment, ensuring accurate documentation of repairs and service orders
  • Maintain clear communication regarding job status with customers, service advisors, and lead technicians
  • Conduct thorough inspections and document findings for each unit
  • Keep detailed records of work performed
  • Review sales performance and objectives with your supervisor
  • Engage with customers to guarantee their satisfaction with services rendered

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

Compensation:
$45.00 per hour

Qualifications for the Heavy Equipment Technician:

  • At least 4 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must possess the necessary tools to perform repairs safely and effectively
  • Familiarity with diesel truck after-treatment systems and drivetrain components
